REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Registration Fees

  • Registration/booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Course Fees

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.

4. Course Cancellation by IADA

  • If a course is cancelled by IADA, eligible students may receive a refund or adjustment in another course.
